Ms. Goudey-Rigger is the CEO/President of Innovativ. Prior to founding the company, Nicole was a Vice President at Alliance Capital Management, L.P., in the Global Risk Management Division. There she was in charge of Risk Management and Compliance globally for a year and a half utilizing Charles River Development 's ComplianceMaster and LatentZero's Sentinel products. She also ran the Global Business Analysis and Implementation Support division for four and a half years where she managed the global implementation of Linedata Service's LongView2000 system as well as LatentZero's Minerva and Reuter's Multex products. Frustrated by her own inability to find neutral, qualified and affordable resources to staff the peaks of her projects, Ms. Goudey-Rigger started Innovativ.

Prior to her buy-side management roles, Ms. Goudey-Rigger designed and implemented trading systems for Merrin Financial and The Macgregor Group as well as worked on both Equity and Fixed Income trading desks at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb and EF Hutton and Company. Ms. Goudey-Rigger has been involved in the investment industry for over twenty years, specializing in financial services technology for the past seventeen. Ms. Goudey-Rigger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University as well as her Series 7 and 63 licenses.
