Ms. Goudey-Rigger is the President of Implementation Solutions. Prior to founding the company, Nicole was a Vice President at Alliance Capital Management, L.P., in the Global Risk Management Division. There she was in charge of Risk Management and Compliance globally for a year and a half utilizing Charles River Development 's ComplianceMaster and LatentZero's Sentinel products. She also ran the Global Business Analysis and Implementation Support division for four and a half years where she managed the global implementation of Linedata Service's LongView2000 system as well as LatentZero's Minerva and Reuter's Multex products. Ms. Goudey-Rigger designed and implemented trading systems for Merrin Financial and The Macgregor Group as well as worked on both Equity and Fixed Income trading desks at Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb and EF Hutton and Company.

Ms. Goudey-Rigger has been involved in the investment industry for over twenty years, specializing in financial services technology for the past fourteen. Ms. Goudey-Rigger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University as well as her Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Mr. Vierheilig is a Senior Vice President and Director of Business Analysis at Implementation Solutions. He was the first person to join the organization and has successfully completed Linedata Service's LongView2000 projects for both the Private Wealth Division of a large European Broker-Dealer as well as served as the Project Manager for the Equity Trading Division of the second-largest US Pension Manager for two years. He is currently assigned to a LatentZero Capstone Fixed Income Trade Order Management System deployment for a large Midwestern Investment Manager.

Most recently Mr. Vierheilig was an Administrative Officer at Alliance Capital Management, L.P., in the Global Investment Management Technology division. He served as a business analyst within the Equity Technology group and participated in the search for and implementation of Linedata's LandMark and LongView2000 systems across 11 global offices. Mr. Vierheilig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University.

Mr. Callaghan is a Vice President at Implementation Solutions. Since joining the firm, Dave has successfully completed two internal development projects surrounding Pre-Trade Transaction Cost Analysis as well as Time and Expense. He has also completed external compliance development projects for both the second-largest US Pension Manager as well as a London based Private Investment Firm. His most recent project included the successful completion of providing complete functional and technical specifications for an East-Coast Stock Exchange. Mr. Callaghan is currently assigned to a medium-sized East-Coast Life Insurance Company as both a developer and a support trainer for their Trade Order Management System product.

Prior to joining Implementation Solutions, Mr. Callaghan was a Senior Implementation Consultant at Linedata Services, Inc. During his five years there, Dave participated in numerous projects and performed an array of functions including deployments and upgrades, project planning, workflow and gap analysis, system configuration, client training, testing and custom application development. He also shouldered both deployment and post-deployment responsibilities as a Senior Technical Support Engineer during his time at Linedata. Prior to this position, Dave held the position of Analyst within the Accounting Systems Division of Stone & Webster Engineering, Inc. Mr. Callaghan attended both Boston University and Northeastern University and is proficient in most current technologies including VB.NET. He is a skilled database architect and a certified Microsoft Professional.

Steven L. Pinckney

Mr. Pinckney is a Vice President at Implementation Solutions and is involved in projects both domestically and in Europe. During his tenure, Steve has worked on a Charles River Development Trading system project at a large Midwestern Bank as well as being both a developer and a system analyst at the second-largest US Pension Manager, both in their New York and London offices for their Equity Trading Division. He is currently working on a Linedata Service's LVTS project at the same firm in San Francisco.

Prior to joining Implementation Solutions, Mr. Pinckney was a Technical Implementation Consultant at Charles River
Development ‘s offices in London. Steve was hired as the first technical employee for the EMEA region and continued to provide internal development as well as serving as an implementation specialist for four years. Prior to this, he was a computer analyst in the US Marine Corps. Mr. Pinckney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Park College as well as having completed application development training at Learning Tree International, Informix and the US Marine Corps Computer Sciences School. Steve also holds a number of certifications in both Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.

Christine S. Aurelio

Ms. Aurelio is currently an Assistant Vice President at Implementation Solutions.  She accepted this position after six years working at Alliance Capital Management LP.  Christine assumed the position of
Business Analysis and Equity Systems Implementation Manager within the
Global Investment Management Technology department of that firm in February 2002 after successfully working in this group for four years under Nicole Goudey-Rigger.

Previously Ms. Aurelio was the Lead Business Analyst in the implementation of an Equity Trade Order Management system, LandMark and LongView2000, across the New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney trading desks as well as across the Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, Singapore,
Hong Kong, London, Chicago, Minneapolis, Cleveland and New York portfolio management locations of this major investment management firm.

Christine has been involved in the investment management industry for
ten years, specializing in buy-side investment technology integration
and implementation.  Prior to joining Alliance Capital Management in 1998, she was at Merrin Financial where she led the implementation of the Merrin Financial Trading Platform at various asset management firms including Janus Capital, Gabelli Asset Management, The BergerFunds, Brahman Securities and Crabbe-Huson (now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fleet/Bank of America).  Prior to this experience at Merrin Financial,
Ms. Aurelio was with Mitchell Hutchins (Paine Webber's Asset Management
division) in the Fixed Income division for two years.

Ms. Aurelio holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from
Fordham University.

Stephanie H. Canariato

Ms. Canariato is currently an Assistant Vice President at Implementation Solutions.  She accepted this position after three years working at Alliance Capital Management, LP in the Global Investment Management
Technology division.  She most recently served as the project manager
within the Fixed Income Technology group after performing Business Analyst duties in that division for six months.  She led the implementation of a fixed income compliance checking and trading system (LatentZero's Sentinel and Minerva) and has designed and overseen the interfaces between the legacy system (Charles River) and LatentZero's new data hub.

Prior to these responsibilities, Ms. Canariato was a Business Analyst for the implementation of an Equity Trade Order Management system, LandMark and LongView2000, across the New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore and Sydney trading desks as well as across the Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Chicago, Minneapolis, Cleveland and New York portfolio management locations of Alliance Capital.  Specifically,
Ms. Canariato managed the pilot, parallel and go-live of the Sydney, Singapore and Chicago locations.

Previous to joining Alliance Capital, Ms. Canariato was employed by United Healthcare in New Jersey for four years.  She has a total of eight years of business analysis experience and four years of portfolio management, trading and compliance systems experience.

Ms. Canariato holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University.   She is currently assigned to project management work through the FIX Protocol Limited.
